DO YOU HAVE ANY DEALS FOR SENIORS, VETS, OR MEDICAL PATIENTS?

YES! Click on this link to go to our discount clubs and see if you meet the criteria for our groups. When you join one of our groups you will have a discount applied to every order you place.

Do keep in mind that CWC will not allow stacking discounts, only one percentage discount may be applied per order. You will have the option to select whichever code brings you the best deal that day.

ARE YOU MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL?

We are fully licensed to serve both medical and recreational customers alike.

HOW MUCH CAN I BUY?

Your daily purchase limit is actually determined by the state. If you have a MMIC card or a medical recommendation from a doctor you can purchase up to 8 ounces of flower. If you are a recreational customer who is 21 years of age or older then you may purchase up to 1 ounce (28g) per day

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ALLOWED?

We accept cash and mobile payment options for a $3.50 fee (cashapp, venmo, etc.)

We offer mobile payments as a convenience to our customers whenever we can. We do not always have options on which application if available.

ARE THERE ANY UNDISCLOSED FEES?

Mobile Payment options include a $3.50 processing fee. When you place your order this fee is added to your total so you can properly prepare for payment.

WHAT TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE OF PRODUCT?

Excise Tax of 15% is included in the price all cannabis product on the menu

CA Sales Tax of 8.5% is added to all orders

HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

You have options! We want to make sure that we always operate with a human touch. That’s why we want to give you options on how to shop with CWC:

Option 1 - Our website! Just click on Menu up above, shop around, and follow the prompts for check out. All we will ask for is:

  1. Full name so we know who you are

  2. Photo of your government ID (Also your medical card if you are a medical patient)

  3. Phone number so we can text you order status and call you when we get there

  4. Email so we can send you an order receipt

Option 2 - Call us! Really, we might refer you to our website first but it’s okay to ask us to place your order for you too. It is never a burden for our team to help you find the product and price point you are looking for.

Option 3 - Weedmaps! We are participating in their online ordering program so you can order from there too.

Option 4 - GetNugg! Shop our menu here; they give out account credits to help save some cash on your order!

WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOW WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVES?

Our staff is required to check your identification prior to the transaction taking place. Any form of ID is accepted as long as it is government issued, has a photo of your face, your date of birth, and an expiration date.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?

We average 30-60 minute delivery times from Santa Cruz to Watsonville.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR ME TO ORDER FOR A QUICK DELIVERY?

We are always in anticipation for our next customer’s smiling face so the only thing that will keep us from getting to you is traffic. Commuting hours make it harder for our drivers to zoom around, but we hope to keep all orders within our regular delivery time of 60 minutes.

For the fastest delivery (our record is 10 minutes!) we recommend ordering between 12pm-4pm.

WHAT TIME IS THE LAST DELIVERY?

We close between 9-9:30PM daily and all deliveries should be completed by 10:00PM. If your order is cutting it close just call and ask for an update from our dispatchers!

WILL WE DELIVER TO YOUR WORK?

Of course! That is unless you work at a school or on city, state, or federally owned property, then we will go nearby your work 🤓

If you need your order delivered discreetly please add that to the notes. Our drivers take their jobs seriously and understand that you do too!

IS A TIP REQUIRED?

No tip is required, however our drivers do appreciate it! If you are unable to tip, kindness is good enough for us!

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

NO DELIVERY FEES! It’s part of the service we provide to you. We hope you enjoy the convenience; it’s our pleasure!
