Exchanges

Exchanges are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Report must be received within 48 hours of the delivery!!

  • If the item sold to you had prior damage, not if it was damaged while in your possession

  • If the item is defective upon receipt or within 48 hours of the delivery

How it works:

  • Call our staff and explain the reason for the exchange. We will adjust your original order to process the exchange for ours and yours record.

  • Defective item exchanges are item-for-item, unless there is no remaining stock of the exchanged product. If that is the case, we will replace with a like-priced and like-effect item.
