Exchanges are issued under the following circumstances:
Report must be received within 48 hours of the delivery!!
If the item sold to you had prior damage, not if it was damaged while in your possession
If the item is defective upon receipt or within 48 hours of the delivery
How it works:
Call our staff and explain the reason for the exchange. We will adjust your original order to process the exchange for ours and yours record.
Defective item exchanges are item-for-item, unless there is no remaining stock of the exchanged product. If that is the case, we will replace with a like-priced and like-effect item.
